DR.hENA ALI BERNARD
BIO
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I am a clinical social worker, therapist, educator, and consultant devoted to helping individuals and organizations grow with purpose, confidence, and humanity.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people flourish when they feel seen, supported, and understood. Whether I am meeting with clients one-on-one or working with groups and professionals in their practice, I strive to create spaces grounded in trust, reflection, and genuine connection. I support people through both the significant moments and the everyday challenges—offering a steady, compassionate space for whatever feels overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to carry alone.
In every setting, I bring a human-centered, strengths-based approach that blends clinical insight with warmth, authenticity, and clear, compassionate guidance. My intention is to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and alignment—so you can live, lead, and show up in your life with a deeper sense of grounding and possibility.
Something to know about me is that I am continually inspired by my clients and the strength, courage, and possibility I see in every person. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they rediscover their voice, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and true.
MY HEART LIVES In
My heart lives in the moments when people reclaim their voice, soften into themselves, or take a step they once believed was impossible. Those moments remind me that healing is both brave and beautiful. They shape my practice, fuel my purpose, and keep me committed to showing up with compassion, authenticity, and steadiness.
